Manager - Strategic Alliances Partnerships - BFSI

We are looking for energetic candidates to build a business through strategic alliance partnerships.

- He/ she should be comfortable working with ambiguity to create product structures/ processes that are suitable for the partnerships we invest in.

- He/she must be execution oriented, innovative, flexible, persistent and good at stakeholder management / relationship building.

- It is critical that the person is a team player as the role requires working with multiple teams for different deliverable.

- Knowledge/ experience of sales/ channel management will be a definite advantage for the job profile as the candidate will be expected to own the relationship and drive target achievement.

- The candidate is also expected to integrate systems/processes of the partners with that so as to ensure a seamless onboarding/ service experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Devising the product plan and go to market strategy for loan products

- Forecasting and tracking business plan and budgets

- Laying down end to end processes

- Channel management

- Devising innovative schemes
