Manager - Strategic Alliances - BFS

Looking for a strong Strategic Partnership person who will lead the discussions with multiple OEMs and Channel partners who work with them on an ongoing basis to keep deepening these partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a combination of strong relationship building skills, deep understanding and result oriented professional.

Job Description :

- Collaborate with channel partners to formulate strategy

- Develop relationships with key decision makers of finance spread across lending space

- Evaluate, support negotiations and ensure execution of key strategic partnerships and opportunities across the region, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses, opportunity sizing and resource prioritization

- Drive accountability by managing the deal pipeline, deal performance tracking, presenting business reviews to internal (including Senior Leadership) and external stakeholders

- Support in the development of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with senior executives of current and prospective partners

- Able to handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of our company

Requirements :

- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and credibility with external partners and adeptly manage the cross-functional stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - adept at building and delivering presentations

- Adaptability to change within a fast-paced corporate environment, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity

- will be the SPOC for all relationships. Experience in B2B sales or business development roles preferably in the lending domain.

- MBA with 5+ years experience in related job role
