Reports to:
Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances
Responsibilities:
- Handholding the team and build a relationship with the distributor
- Achieve the sales target and maintain quality service standards
- Annual and Monthly Business Planning
- Exploring new data sources for lead generation and strive to maximize conversions
- Ensure seamless execution of ongoing campaigns
- Provide regular training to the team
- Ensure implementation of processes and initiatives for better channel output
- Achieve the highest standard of call quality parameters through constant training
- Execution of projects for channel efficiency
- Stakeholder management for various aggregators
- Designing effective Rewards and Recognition Plans at Call Center
- Adherence to audit and compliance as per IRDAI guidelines
Preferred Credentials:
- Post Graduation from Tier I/Tier II Business School
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer and convince the customer positively.
