- Develop and drive the pan-India partnership strategy and framework for execution for Oneculture in India

- Research, establish and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships

- Develop and manage governance model and business plan with partner

Minimum Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in Management Consulting/Partnerships development in high-growth startups or top-tier brands

- Strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals

- Proven track record of high performance and career-growth consistently
