Managing end-to-end Employee Life Cycle :
- Managing complete employee life cycle in the organization from on-boarding till Separation as well as Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of processes.
- Collating, analyzing and reporting any Non - compliance observations to management related to processes and take corrective measures as required.
- Responsible for maintaining entire employees lifecycle data in HRMS.
- Accountable for identifying and fixing process gaps, which include reduction of process time, generation of reports for various purposes, etc.
- Setting up of Standard Operational Procedures.
- Adherence to Quality, accuracy & TAT of processes, render service within agreed SLA's and timeliness.
- Identified issues bottlenecks that prevent or hinder the organization in providing the best in class customer experience.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources
- Improve team productivity and competence
- Managing Employee Group Gratuity Policy
- Handling Employee Grievances
- Responsible for yearly actuarial evaluation for leave and gratuity for the organization
Statutory Compliance :
- Responsible for implementation of statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, PT and LWF) related to Human Resources Department and to ensure that provisions of concerned Labor Laws are fully adhered to
- Draft responses to the Notices received from Statutory and legal bodies w.r.t. ESIC, PF, Labour Compliance, etc.
- Liasoning with Govt. authorities for statutory related issues (PF, ESIC, Labour law) etc.
- Responsible to ensure timely processing and submission of all statutory payments on monthly, half yearly and yearly basis.
- Responsible for managing statutory Audit, Inspections, etc.
Monitoring of Policies and Procedure :
- Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies and procedures in line with Core Organizational Objectives.
- Ensuring implementation of HR policies and procedures at Branch levels by communicating and educating stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Vendor Management :
- Responsible for monthly bills, Vendor negotiation, assist employees with benefit changes and modifying benefits to be cost effective for the company.
- Check for productivity, cost and service of the existing Vendors and make suitable changes, if required, to ensure quality service and reduction in TAT.
- Dealt with Vendors for rate negotiation & better services
MIS / Dashboards :
- Preparations and publishing of MIS / Dashboard on different HR processes on monthly basis.
- Designing & developing HR Dashboards to track attrition rate, Manpower, Headcount analysis, etc.
- Reporting of to the HR Head about key HR metrics on monthly basis
- Monitoring and supervising employee master and their records
Internal & External Audits and Inspections :
- Successfully managed quarterly internal audits, yearly Statutory Audit and Bank Audit, SOX Audit on HR Operations, Payroll and Statutory compliance process with zero non-compliance.
- Managed ESIC Inspections at Branch level and Corporate Level.
- Managed PF inspections at corporate Office w.r.t UAN, KYC, etc.
