Position : Consultant -1 2006 To 2013 CA Pass out

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience and Background :

Stat audit, statutory audit, - assurance .

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Result Driven & Focused Professional with approx..4 years of rich & extensive experience in Audit and analysis of Financial Statement under IGAAP & IFRS, Tax audit and Group reporting.

- Well versed in MS-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet Applications and working knowledge of SAP and other ERP accounting systems.

- Self-Motivated, driven & focused on finishing the work under deadlines & under pressure

- Good interpersonal & persuasive communication (written & verbal) skills.

- Preparation of IFRS financials

- Conversion of IGAAP subsidiary in IFRS

- Accounting of IFRS 3 - Business Combination

- Accounting under IFRS 9

- Identification key IFRS implementation issues

- Audit of Consolidated and standalone financials

- Limited reviews and IFC Audit

- Preparation of IFRS financials

- Accounting under IAS -16

- Identification of functional currency as per IAS 21

- Limited review, audit of consolidated and standalone financials

- Group reporting as per J-IFRS

- Inventory valuation

Group reporting and Statutory audit
