Manager - Statutory Audit - CA

Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit accounting services and related services for clients

The candidate will be expected to be a team member in large assignments and lead small / medium audit teams whilst exercising compliance with our Audit Manual, auditing standards and legal regulations

THE INDIVIDUAL

Be a qualified CA

Have 5 -6 years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms)

Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time

Have strong soft skills like inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and writte

Excellent communication skills is a must

Client had rejected some CV based on following reasons. Please make a note of it;

We need solid 4-6 years in Assurance.

look for people with current CTC of above 11 Lakhhs

We are looking for candidates from CA firms.

Candidate worked with Shared services are not suitable

Comments for sourcing

Clients handled by candidate - Any (BFSI, Manufacturing etc)

Should be currently at AM level or Manager Level

Profile would involve travelling from project to project basis majorly within Chennai. Candidate should be open for travel

Please do not source candidates from Deloitte

The person should have excellent communication skills.

People from shared services firm are not suitable.

Client did not like quality of profiles due to below reasons:

Experience with shared services not acceptable

Industry experience not suitable

They are looking for profiles of people working in CA firms.

Candidates for Manager level must be 2010 passout.
