Manager - Statutory Audit - Big 5

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships.

- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships.

- Assurance Review of the financial statements

- Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

- Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication.

- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards.

- Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members.

- Work under strict timelines and at client locations

Desired Profile:-

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in assurance practice

- Qualified CA / ACCA + B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)

- Client facing experience preferred.

- Willingness to travel

Skill Set: -

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Good team management and interpersonal skills
