Manager - Staffing - Resource Management

Position summary :

- The Staffing Manager will support the Staffing Director and Vice President (VP) across strategic and operational dimensions, and be responsible for deployment of the staff on consulting projects.

- The Staffing Manager will serve as a confidante and business advisor to the Staffing Director on capacity management, client and investment trade-offs as well as high potential talent management.

- Working closely with the Office Head (OH), consulting Partners and Senior Managers, the Staffing Manager will ensure the staffing allocation process is focused on meeting business needs while optimizing individuals' professional development and personal preferences, along with overseeing reporting operations and handling communication with senior stakeholders.

- The incumbent in this role with help deliver value to clients by ensuring appropriate allocation of consulting staff (Associate Consultant through Manager) to various projects.
