Staffing Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

Staffing manager will be responsible for setting up operations of interviewing, testing, and determining an applicant's suitability for placement at client locations as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service. The Staffing Manager will partner with the management team to analyze staffing, organizational structures, production volume, responsibilities, and utilization trends in order to develop staffing guidelines for each facility.

This person will work closely with the Operations Head to understand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the firm. Success in the role will be defined on how this person achieves maximized efficiency in staffing each of the facilities. This includes reducing labor costs, minimizing contract labor utilization, and increasing facility production capacity while improving productivity.

Manages the entire client staffing operations onsite, including :

- Create and manage the entire candidate screening process at the required temp staffing location

- Present job offer, negotiate, close the transaction, and confirm start date and compensation; In cases where the candidate is not selected, tactfully informs candidate

- Use a workforce planning/ timekeeping system to create and schedule balance of volume of sourced candidates from multiple agencies to the assessment centers

- Manage the influx of candidates from the recruitment agencies in coordination with the business development team

- Coordinate with Business Development team to create seamless sourcing structure at the required temp staffing location

- Assist in maintaining internal workforce data and reports, including: productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labor tracking and monitoring

- Manage and coordinate Legal and Payroll operations and process, including

- Handle any disputes that may arise with the client or employee or both, in coordination with our legal firm

- Oversee payroll management team to make sure that we comply with all statutory compliances

- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times

- Maintain up-to-date contracts with all temporary labor placement companies, and maintain current list of negotiated rates

- Gathering feedback on employee performance and customer satisfaction

- Completing employee performance reviews at regular intervals and managing staff recognition and discipline

Salary range - 7-9 LPA
