Please note this is an Individual Contributor Role

Must Haves :

- Minimum Relevant Experience: 4 +in B2B/Medium and Enterprise sales experience (experience in Software/SaaS preferred)

- Working on 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

- Achieve quarterly sales target

- Excellent Presentation & Interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves :

- Someone who is experienced in speaking to 'C level' executives especially CFO's and CHRO Head

- Work from home till pandemic subsides (once offices open, you will be required to work from the office / relocate if your base location is outside the office locations).

Our client is a fast growing business travel and expense platform

The Role :

- Looking to add a superstar to its Business Development team. As part of the Business Development Team you will be responsible for bringing in new customers to rapidly increase the volume of new business for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Bring in new clients

- Create and prioritize target account and contact lists

- Manage the whole sales pipeline from prospecting to on-boarding

- Partner with marketing and demand generation team to build the pipeline

- Achieve monthly sales targets

An ideal candidate would have :

- 4+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience (experience in Software, SaaS preferred)

- Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment

- Good rolodex of enterprise decision makers, especially across finance and admin verticals

- Excellent communication skills. You- re a clear and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual mediums

- Exposure to using CRM for pipeline management

- A penchant for experimentation. You're always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.

Interview Process : 


- 1 Exploratory call followed by interview with hiring manager and 3rd round with the Sales Head and followed by presentation round

- This is an individual contributor role

- Reporting - Regional Sales Head

- Salary range mentioned includes 30% variables.

- 10% travel involved
