JOB DESCRIPTION

Position title:-Manager / Senior Manager – Legal

Location: Mumbai – Corporate Office

Department:Legal & Compliance

Grade:E5/ E6

CTC-upto 13 Lacs

Organizational relationships

Reports to:Head - Legal & Compliance

Purpose of the Job

Key responsibilities

- Drafting, preparation and reviews of contracts & other legal documents.

- Drafting replies to Customers complaints, court notices etc and matters related to Consumer forums and
civil courts.

- Drafting, vetting and documentation process on realty projects would be added advantage.

- Compliance of applicable laws.

- Contracts management.

- Coordination with external law firms and consultants.

- Day-to-day legal documentation.

Behavioral Competencies

- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.

- Presentable and having good communication skills.

Role Specific Competencies:

- Ability to judicially balance legal and commercial risks

- Fully conversant and updated on statutes/laws.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp

- LLB with 5-8 years experience.
