- Provide Analytical & Process improvement support in order to enhance sales efficiencies.  - Assist Head of Sales in continuously identifying business improvement opportunities.  - Collate the recommendations received from Zonal Head & others in the field / other functions for consideration of Head of Sales.  - Facilitate & coordinate process improvement projects through cross functional teams.   - Tracking the status of various planned activities for the geography handled by the HoS.  - Track implementation of key channel projects and provide support in monitoring progress and implementation gaps  - Ensure a detailed understanding of the various projects / initiatives being implemented in the channel  - Create a review mechanism to ensure accurate and timely monitoring of progress of implementation of these projects  - Liaise with the sales team hierarchy to collate required data and information as required  - Report progress to HoS and work on the action plan for course correction where required as advised by HoS  - Support and assist in driving local level initiatives for the Zone.  - Liaise with relevant corporate functions (like Planning, Accounts, Operations, HR verticals) for coordination where required.  - Set up & ensure robust MIS for the Zone to capture performance parameters.  - Report MIS and business analytics as per requirements  - Create and analyse sales trackers and activity trackers for various sales activity  - Analyze and publish regular MIS reports to the field at pre-decided frequency  - Analyse performance across existing branches on various sales and productivity parameters, in order to highlight areas of concern.  - Establish & ensure availability of Dashboards on key performance metrics
