Manager/Sr Manager - Zonal - Telecom/FMCG

Manager /Sr Manager - Zonal role

- Need candidates from FMCG industries or worked prior in telecom and now working in FMCG

- Candidates from large scale FMCG organisations

- 10 + years of experience for Non B school MBA’s and 9 -11 yrs for B school MBA’s

- Position is banded at G Manager and worst case scenario at Band G Senior Manager

- Should have handled and business turnover of more than 150 crs

- Team Management experience mandatory

- Fluency of local language kanadda, added advantage

Role Purpose:

- Directing zonal operations (including associated branch) to grow customer and revenue market share

- Responsible for managing gross and net adds/total revenue through market and distribution planning, channel management, customer service delivery and brand initiative implementation

- Ensuring smooth operations while identifying opportunities for cost control on an ongoing basis
