Please share your profile, based on through self evaluation:

1. Should have at least 6 Yr+ exp.

2. Should have at least 3+ process transitions/Program Management background.

3. Should be part of BPO/Shared Services/Captive Business unit.

4. Through understanding of Transitions methodology & tools i.e., MS Visio, Project, Customize program management tools.

5. PMP or Prince certification will be added advantage

6. Experience is must in Onsite transition.
