Essentials

1. Should be well versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries

2. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and ppt)

Job Role :

3. Preparing transfer pricing documentation reports.

4. Understand and work upon the industry analysis, functional analysis, and analyzing the method to be applied for the transfer pricing study, economic analysis- searching for companies carrying on with a similar business, analyzing the related party transactions of the companies, analyzing their segment reporting, analyzing the international transactions of the client.

5. Complete Transfer Pricing assignments which include benchmarking studies for various multinational clients.

6. Identification of international transactions, computation of arm’s length price, selection of the most appropriate method, documentation and preparation of transfer pricing study reports.

7. Assisting clients in transfer pricing/supply chain planning

8. Conducting economic analysis/ comparability analysis. Should be well versed in using Indian and foreign databases

9. Preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate level

10. Representing the client's case before the Tax Officer/ Appellate level

Academic Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience : We are looking for people with experience ranging in core transfer pricing.
