Job Open: Taxation - Manager,

- Manager or Sr. Manager level

- 5-8 years of exp. with Indirect Taxation

- CA graduates only

- Candidate shouldn't be more than 8-9L fixed CTC presently

- IT/IB (investment bank) background preferable

- Service Tax background profiles will be prioritized

Educational Requirements: Chartered Accountant

Certification required: None

Range of Experience: 5 to 8 years

Technical Functional/Behavioural:

- Select the appropriate competency

- Experience in IT or ITES company

- Well developed written and oral communications skills

Responsibilities + Duties:

- Managing Key Risk of Taxation

- Managing Indirect Taxation activities like

- Compliance to Tax laws affecting the company

- Timely filing of Return and Payments, and maintenance of tax records

- Handle Tax Audit, Assessment, Appeal Requirements

- System and Process Improvement, Automation

- Tax accounting

- Preparation of MIS / other reports
