Manager / Sr Manager Tax

- Provide effective international tax advisory and domestic compliance services to our clients.

- Foster strong relationships with relevant client contacts and provide independent advice on assignments.

- Take on a proactive role in identifying new business opportunities and be responsible for the development and marketing of new products or service offerings.

- A Chartered Accountant or Lawyer with at least 5 to 7 years (for Manager) or at least 8 years (for Senior Managers) of relevant international tax experience, preferably with an international or large accounting firm.

- A good understanding of business and tax technical issues, and the ability to transform these into value-added solutions for clients.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive work attitude.

- Employ someone who has dealt mainly with international tax issues (including transfer pricing, passive income, PE issues etc.).
