- Partner closely with the Head Talent Development in developing & implementing Talent Management strategies

- HIPO management
- Manage end to end process of Succession Planning
- Drive monthly internal coaching/mentoring program to leverage on internal knowledge pool and encouraging a culture of shared learning
- Partnering with global teams regarding process adherence
Desired Profile:
- MBA in HR from Tier 1/2 B School
- 4-3 years experience in Talent Management
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
