Position: Talent Management - Manager / Senior Manager
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Number of Positions: 1
Minimum educational qualifications: Graduation in any field, MBA in HR and HR specific certifications will be a value add
Minimum years of experience: 12 / Relevant Experience : 10
Role Summary :
- Owning and managing the organisation’s High Potential programs at senior, middle and frontline leader levels. Establish succession planning strategies for identifying, developing, and promoting high-potential and high-performing staff.
Role:
- Project manage key processes as part of the Integrated Leadership Development program
- Drive selection, development and deployment lifecycles through flawless execution of related activities, initiatives and programs
- Identify, design and recommend pioneering programs/events/activities that support these key processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and the business to drive this strategic goal and operational plans
- Develop strong communication and marketing framework to socialize and educate the target audience about programs
- Provide counsel and leadership guidance to business leaders to help them make the most of the Talent Management Program
- Facilitate vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes
Skills Required:
- Ability to operate independently
- Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.
- Ability to influence professionals of senior management level.
- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of strategic and organizational development tools and techniques, not limiting to training programs
- Good knowledge of vendors and freelancers who work in this space
- Excellent knowledge of project and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of all MS office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex updates at a senior management level
- Proven negotiation, influencing, mediation, counseling, presentation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven leadership skills and experience in leading, motivating and developing employees beyond immediate team
