- Focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions to customers/clients.

- Metrics management and delivery on all process CTQs.

- Discussion on weekly & monthly dashboards with Line of business stakeholders.

- Participation in business initiatives and imperatives.

- Conducting skip level meetings with extended teams.

- Managing attrition levels and team motivation levels. Select and retain strong talent.

- Participation in Business Continuity Plan and exercises for the process.

- Ensure risk planning and create an environment where risks taken correspond to the level of risk appetite defined for the business

- Performance appraisals and discussions as well as compensation reviews.

- Regular feedbacks and one to ones with Team Leaders/AMs every month.

- Constantly raise performance expectations in the teams to deliver consistent high performance. Appropriately engage stakeholders and constituents to achieve better outcomes and results
