Manager/Sr Manager - Strategy Consulting

An innovative and boutique strategy/ operations consulting firm with global offices focused on servicing companies in India both local and MNCs.

The role:

- Strategy consulting role with opportunity to help drive growth and profits for the firm. Focused on serving India based companies across consumer, industrial products, retail, pharma, automotive, financial services sectors

- Take ownership of client/ project management in areas related to strategy formulation and implementation, business, corporate, sales and marketing strategy etc. and provide intellectual leadership to the team

- Manage client relationship to ensure team exceeds clients expectations. Participate in firm building activities

Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of experience (either prior industry plus consulting or consulting with implementation experience)

- MBA from top tier college/ institution or with similar advanced degree

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

- Proven client management, project management and leadership skills

- Exceptional intellect and superior problem-solving skills
