Position: Manager/Sr Manager(Research)

Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad, India

Experience/Education:

- MBA or Post graduation Economics/Development or its equivalent;

- Knowledge of the social enterprise sector and/or development sector, innovative business solutions addressing needs at the BoP;

- 5+ years prior experience in customized/business/industry research preferred.

Skills:

- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills;

- Project structuring, management and delivery;

- Ability to manage a global, multi-cultural team of professionals;

- Ability to meet multiple deadlines to meet the reading needs of a global audience;

- Ability to engage with high-level stakeholders, practitioners in the sector in person and remotely;

- Ability to generate ideas for interesting trends and areas to research and explore.

Responsibilities:

- Design surveys, studies, and data creation;

- Design project work streams and structuring;

- Contribute to proposal writing and other business development work as required;

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as needed, to conduct primary research as needed.
