Manager/Sr Manager - Product & Strategy

- It has its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune and plans to expand to other cities of India shortly.

- The company has been promoted by 2 entrepreneurs, who together founded and managed India's leading transaction processing infrastructure company for card-based payments and divested it to one of the biggest IT companies in Europe.

- This company is backed by leading names in the investor world.

- The company is looking at a young, dynamic individual to join the team as the Manager/Sr. Manager - Product & Strategy. The role reports to the Head- Product & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on various strategic initiatives and projects in the company

- Drive product innovation and monitor the growth & performance of existing and new products

- Analyze projects and business performance against business plan

- Build the management report & dashboard for business monitoring

- Support the MD in all daily operational & strategic matters as part of the MD's office

- Attend critical business meetings along with the MD and ensure timely closure of key actionables

- Organize & coordinate business meetings for the MD with key external stakeholders and help the MD in preparation for the same

- Conduct industry and current environment analysis relevant to the business

Experience & Skills :

- Experience : 1 - 4 years

- MBA from premier institute - Tier 1/ Tier 2

- Strong written & verbal English

- Analytical bent of mind

- Entrepreneurial in nature

- Ability to work independently with minimum instructions.

- Excellent in financial & business analysis ; analytics experience would be a plus

- Project management experience

- Good in Excel & Powerpoint
