- 6 - 10 years in BPO industry with good understanding of Pre-Sales process.  - Knowledge of Retail industry processes is preferred  - Conceptualize and develop business solutions for RFP’s, which are specifically designed to address client’s business requirement specifications, opportunities and challenges.   - Work in tandem with the sales teams to develop value propositions that are unique and directly address the business imperatives of the clients  - Assume end-to-end responsibility of the solution design process for bids and pro-active proposals  - Be part of the proposal/solution defense presentations and discussions  - Perform industry benchmarking & assessment studies  - Manage client visits across different BPO locations ensuring customer / prospect visit objectives are met  - Build case studies and competency documents  - Conducting research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities  - Work with various stakeholders to conceptualize and execute Demand Generation campaigns  - Prepare, update and maintain the vertical credentials and case studies of completed projects
