Manager / Sr Manager - modeler (2 Position)

- Identify new areas to apply predictive modeling and advanced analytics

- Apply predictive modeling to underwriting/pricing processes

- Partner with IT/Tech support to implement models

- Advance analytics within the organization

Bachelor/Masters degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc

Essential

- Strong Quantitative skills required

- Knowledge of Property and Casualty industry

- Good Working Knowledge of SAS

- Sound knowledge of modeling techniques (Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Time Series Analysis, GLM, Genmod etc.), cluster analysis, segmentation etc.

- Good communication skills

- Skills to understand the business requirement and convert it to an analytical plan

- Knowledge of MS office package – Excel, Ppt etc.

Desirable

- Knowledge of R

- Knowledge of decision trees
