A LEADING IT COMPANY IN NOIDA LOOKING FOR MANAGER/ SR. MANAGER LEGAL PROFESSIONAL WHO ARE STRONG IN COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS, MERGER & ACQUISITIONS, INTERNATIONAL LITIGATION.

Exp: 6 to 10 yrs

Designation: Manager/ Sr. Manager Legal

Location: Noida.

Qualification: B.Com and LLB

Must be: Candidate should be willing to travel abroad also as and when required.

Experience :- 6+yrs of post LLB Qualification. Should have exp into

1. Commercial law including experience in contracts drafting and negotiation

2. Litigation

3. Mergers and Acquisitions
