Job description :

- Identify development needs at the organizational, functional and individual level and design programs and interventions to build organisational capability.

- Design and implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Learning programs and on the job developmental experiences.

- Design; implement and analyse the diagnostics to gauge the organizational climate; Leadership Effectiveness and Learning Effectiveness. Champion and drive OD interventions across Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and Support Functions in ISC Consumer.

- Process owner of Performance & Development process and building capability of line managers for further strengthening the process

- Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognizing - right behaviors.Process owner of the global and local recognition program

- Where appropriate, drive standardization across and within business units in order to standardize and simplify specialist HR service delivery

- Manage the tension between Business specific and geographically consistent specialist tools and solutions to ensure optimum delivery of specialist services to HR, Line Mgt and staff.

- Coach and develop HR and line managers around specialist HR policies and processes

- Key delivery channel for initiatives developed by the HR CoE

Dimensions Of This Role:

- Work closely with the HR Business partners, Regional HR managers and Factory HR managers in driving the L&OD agenda

- Build managerial and Leadership capability to create a high performance and Values based work environment

- Closely interface with the Global Centres of Excellence in delivering fit for purpose L&OD solutions to meet the business requirements.
