Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the below role

Position : Manager/Sr Manager Recruitment - Leadership hiring

Industry : BPO Services (3rd Party)

Position based in : Chennai or Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Sphere Head the recruitment function for Leadership Hiring mandates

- Strong ability to manage Stake Holders

- Excellent Vendor Management skills.

- Ability to build & ramp up processes within the agreed time lines.

- Exposure to working on multiple verticals/domains/Skills

- Provide Market intelligence to the business for the new process hiring

- People Management Role

Experience: Below skills are non-negotiable

- Over all 10 - 12 years with minimum 8 years in Recruitment.

- Should be a Full time MBA from

- Should have worked on managing end to end recruitment

- Recruitment experience in either BPO services/Recruitment Firms/Consulting experience

- Must have hands-on experience in people Management.

- Must have excellent presentation & communication skills.
