Designation: Manager/Senior Manager

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Qualification: CA and/or Top ranked MBA (Finance)

Job Description:

- Undertake support activities across the various phases of the M&A process

- Undertake research for evaluating Technology, potential targets, markets etc.

- Assessing acquisition targets in terms of strategic fit in the business portfolio and identifying transactions to fill gap in existing portfolio.

- Conduct financial evaluation of companies and prepare financial valuation models (DCF, Comparable etc.)

- Prepare on deal negotiations, deal valuation and pricing and preparation of deal documentation to facilitate decision making.

- Assist due diligence of probable acquisition/ divestiture targets

- Determine optimal transaction structure and negotiation strategy for seamless deal execution.

- Ensuring closing processes and agreements by working closely with various stakeholders.
