To provide an additional level of support and guidance to the HR Advisers working on the AskHR Helpdesk, dealing with day to day activities, seeking root cause for escalations, identifying improved ways of working and working with our employee relations advisory service.
- Stakeholder engagement
- People Management - Ensuring Team engagement, Developing People Careers, Ensuring proper succession plan on all critical roles
- Ensuring Staffing as per budget
- Ensuring Service Delivery is as per defined target
- Ensuring Business continuity
- Managing Escalations/ Audits
- Work closely with HRSSC Head on future Transformation/Transition plans
- Work closely with COE of Opco on all day to day operations
- Manage additional deployments within HRSSC / Global projects as assigned time to time
