They offer a wide bouquet of services across the value chain, focusing on Retail Banks, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, PSU and Government segments. The offerings span application services, systems integration, IT infrastructure management, IT training businesses, transaction printing etc.

Qualification: Graduate & MBA in HR & IR

Experience :5 years to 10 years

Job Profile: The position is a blend of HR & IR functions. The candidate must have experience in following areas

- Should have Managed HR & IR activity of a location independently

- Should have handled Blue Collared employees and managed their interactions

- Should be able to understand dynamics of Business and able to co-relate to working

- Dealing with union and handling employees grievances

- Should have experience in dealing with local authorities, labor department

- Should be able to sell HR/IR solutions to management and labor unions
