Requirement

Designation - Manager / Sr. Manager - HR

Experience - 5-10 years

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities -

- Should be able to act as a catalyst to facilitate the fast-pace growth of the individuals as well as the organization.

Recruitment

- Understand the hiring needs of different verticals and build the annual hiring plan for the same.

- Devise strategies to fulfill the fast-paced hiring need of the org.

- Design ways and means to hire freshers/ executives through campus drives, walk-ins along with lateral hiring for mid-senior positions through both traditional and innovative recruitment methods.

Training & Development

- Identify the training needs of the employees and suggest / conduct trainings for the same.

HR Policies / Procedures

- Build new HR policies and procedures while streamlining the existing ones.

Employee Relations & Employee Engagement

- Ensuring a healthy work environment by implementing new ideas, conducting various organization wide activities.

Performance Management

- Encouraging better performance from each employee by devising suitable performance appraisal plans,motivating incentive structures and competitive compensation & benefits.

Advantageous (but not mandatory) -

- Ability to handle a team of HR professionals

- Should be able to manage 100 + employee strength
