I am currently looking for a seasoned HR Analytics professional for a leading client in Bangalore.
Role: Manager / Senior Manager - HR Analytics
Location: Bangalore
Exp. Level: 5 - 15 years
The role mandate to identify, develop and deliver key HR analytics and reporting projects that help our client HR deliver on its mission of Business Performance Through People Success.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with HR and Business leaders, to design and define HR performance metrics and goals.
You will work on different aspects of HR to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for people efficiency and effectiveness.
You are responsible for analyzing and communicating key metrics and trends to the HR Leadership and Management Teams.
You perform quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
You drive data driven decision-making through the stakeholders.
Must Have: Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed B School.
Must have 4+ Years of experience in Analytics role.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in Data Mapping, market research, building Organization hierarchy and HR intelligence will be a plus point.
