Role & Responsibility
Play a key role in supporting the head of Global HR Operations and Analytics team to build organizational capability in utilizing data and research to influence the business with their human capital management strategy, focus and decision making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Human Resources or Math/Masters of Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Math a plus
- Knowledge of human capital metrics with understanding of current and future trends in metrics and assessment
Experience with implementing measurement systems
- Knowledge of best practice in HR data governance
Must have:
- Strong Excel background - must know vlookups, pivot tables, if statements, etc
- Strong Access background - must understand how to build and run queries.
- 7-10 years Metrics-based role, preferably in Human Resources
