Job Role : Candidates should have an Vast experience in Hr - Advisory. Having Exp in HR transformation and change consulting, project management and market research experience. He has demonstrated experience in managing enterprise wide change management and business transformation engagements across industry verticals.

- Ability to function in fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment, and multi-task across multiple projects

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and managing client expectations

- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

- Good conflict management and prioritization skills

- Expertise in strategic analysis, product development, brand communication and pricing

- Deep industry experience with focus on BFSI, Telecom, Travel and Transport, Automotive, Oil and Gas
