We are looking for Head - Management Accounting (Manager / Sr Manager) with leading telecom operator based at Patna  Note : Person should be CA & only required Telecom experience  Job Description:  Job Purpose:  - Monthly financial reporting  - Monthly financial forecasting  - Preparation of routine / ad hoc reports  - General ledger review and analysis to identify booking issues, wrong GL account issues etc.  - Balance sheet analysis to identify aged items, reconciling items with a view to coordinate with all concerned and close  - Provision analysis  - Fixed assets ledger review & analysis  - Annual operating plan  - Using SAP and BI on daily basis for extracting Financial and Non-financial information for preparation of reports / analysis.   Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:  (Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities)  (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities)   Monthly Financial Reporting:  - Review of General ledgers to identify exceptions and resolve,  - Review business Unit results Visa vis Flash and highlight line item level variance with reasons  - Preparation of variance commentary for month end financials  Preparation of monthly Flash and forecasts to be presented to Top management:  - Validation of Circle business MIS  - Review variance commentary with respect to last month & plan and highlight variances  - Consolidation of Circle Business MIS to create PAN India Consol.
