Manager/Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - eCommerce/Mobile Handset Vertical

We have an urgent role with us at Gurgaon with one of the biggest group for there E-Commerce and Mobile Handset Vertical.

He will be heading F&A for E-Com and Mobile Handset Vertical.

Position : Sr Mgr -F&A

Reporting to : Group CFO

Profile :

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for financial aspects of company strategy. Strengthen, support and control Finance & accounting operations for eCommerce Business & Mobile Business. Analyze figures and implement recommendations based on the findings with the most profitable outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MIS for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Publishing of weekly and monthly MIS

- Analysis of MIS for smooth business flow

- Ensure timely updation of all trackers

- Prepare analytical reports highlighting the coverage and pendency of mandatory work

- Timely updation of all trackers

Customer & Vendor Management for eCommerce & Mobiles

- Ensure SOP to be followed for customers

- Identify cost efficiencies in facilities operations in projects

- Empanel new vendors, Issue and renew contracts based on performance.

- Vendor performance Analysis

Vendor & Customer Reconciliation for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Top parties reconciliation on a monthly basis and rest on a quarterly basis

- Responsible for managing all internal & external customers

- Furnish timely communication with major external customers

- Vendor reconciliation in terms of price negotiation

- Vendor analysis

Month End closing of books for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Ensuring correct closing of books of accounts by taking into account all accruals & provisions

IT/SAP Development for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Involved in every IT/SAP development

- Ensure proper integration with SAP

Statutory Compliances for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Ensuring timely & Correct submission of data for Sales tax return

- Ensuring proper TDS, TCS deduction & providing Service tax details

Internal Controls for Ecommerce

- Ensuring controls & checks are in place in relation to all payments.

- Conducting Stock audit for all Major articles on monthly basis and 100% physical check on Quarterly basis

Working Capital Management for Ecommerce & Mobiles

- Ensure proper working capital management for smooth functioning of business
