Positon: Manager / Sr.Manager Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing the overall Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Auditing, Payroll and Preparation of Financials of the Company & its subsidiaries and reporting to Managing Director

Budgeting:

- Preparation of Project wise Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Budgets

- Conducting Monthly Variance Analysis of forecasted expenses with actuals and implementing corrective actions.

- Periodic visits to Project Sites to carry out Finance, Inventory & Process Controls

Accounting:

- Preparation of Financials of Holding and Subsidiary companies, along with the Consolidated Financials.

- Ensure implementation of regular accounting and establish control procedures at all Project locations.

- Capitalization of Capital Work in Progress, Fixed Assets Retirement and Depreciation

- Vendor Management and Inter Company reconciliations

Finance:

- Exercising Project wise Budgetary control and managing the working capital for the projects

- Preparation of DPR, CMA data & Submission of Project Proposals to Banks

- Coordination with Legal Consultants for Due diligence, Credit Ratings & Loan Documentations

- Opening of LC's, BG's, Executing Loan Documents & Compliance w.r.t Loan Terms

- Funding the project expenditure by Draw down of limits & periodic equity calls to Project Partners

MIS:

- Preparation of Monthly Cash Flows, Sources & Application of Funds

- Preparation of Monthly Project Progress Reports for Management, Project Partners, Banks & Financial Institutions

- Providing required financial analytics and MIS as required by management

Statutory & Tax:

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors for Statutory & Tax Audits, ensuring timely completion of Quarterly Limited Reviews

- Ensuring statutory compliance of direct and indirect taxation matters, timely payment and filing of returns
