Manager/Sr Manager - Corporate Finance/Syndication

- Relevant experience of around 5-9 years of having worked directly on transactions (preferably most of that experience in advisory capacity)

- Sufficient experience of direct client-interaction is a pre-requisite.

- Responsible for syndication of debt finance from Banks or Financial institutions including preparation of Information memorandum, Financial Modeling & Appraisal

- Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions and documentation.

- Liaise with Valuers, lawyers, LIE, TEV consultants etc for smooth execution of mandated deals.

- Sound understanding of various debt products like Term Loans, ECB, Working capital, Trade finance products etc

- Should have a pleasing personality, good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Education : MBA (Finance) from a reputed business school or qualified CA
