Job Description:
- New business generation and overall portfolio profitability, underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
- Driving sales and building sustainable relationships with major broking firms and group companies.
- Management and maturing of key corporate accounts to ensure growth in share, volume and profitability.
- Profiling, mapping and direct relationship development with Key institutional clients to ensure revenue growth and foster higher business retention rates.
- Partnership with various internal departments viz. underwriting, reinsurance, legal, operations, marketing, claims and accounts to ensure efficient end-to-end solution delivery.
- Account Management and servicing of large key accounts in the group corporate division for both funds and non-funds business lines.
- Relationship development with CFOs & HR Heads at target accounts, to ensure account retention and increasing business penetration.
- Cross selling corporate life products.
- MIS development and management for account tracking and business reporting.
Experience:
- Experience of corporate sales in the life-insurance sector required.
