Candidate must have experience in Biocides Business.

Qualification : Masters in Microbiology/Applied Microbiology with Management

Degree

Experience : Around 8-10 years post qualification experience in Technical and

Application development in Paints or Personal Care industry. The candidate should have hands-on working experience in Microbiological techniques and must be able to apply them in context of Antimicrobial products.

Responsibilities :

- To develop the market for Antimicrobial range of products by integrating with R&D and Customer through Application and Product Development

- Work closely with regulatory and IPR teams to understand regulatory framework for Biocides in different geographies and prepare plan to register our products used in hair care and paints application

- The candidate will also focus on Business development for Antimicrobial range of products with domestic and international customers.

- Be responsible for all Technical and application development and support both internal cross functional teams as well as customers

- Track new technological developments in Industry & accordingly prioritise in-house R&D projects & monitor their progress

- Explore opportunity in expanding portfolio of this business through investing/acquiring in other small company having similar product and customer profile if it has a strategic fit to the business strategy

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and continuously develop a pipeline of products that meet current needs of the target industries.
