Position : International Sales / Business Development (Level : Manager / Sr Manager / AVP)

Our Client is an Indian Privately held Company with its operations in Mumbai, India and offices in US, UK and Germany. It specializes in providing custom knowledge processing services & solutions covering Research, Advisory & Analytics, Intellectual Property, Technology & Patents Research, Data & Content Management and Sales & Marketing.

Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

- You will develop and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximize the company 's opportunity within the customer environment. Responsible for sales planning and accurate forecasting.

- Determine clients' needs through a consultative selling approach

- Professional represent our clients expertise, knowledge and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers through an understanding of and by leveraging cheers capabilities to target industries

- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities

- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospect

- Manages all aspects of pricing, reporting, invoicing, and contractual/commissions reconciliation

- Creates and maintains internal account planning tools, dashboards and cadence processes; establishes and tracks key system adoption/utilization objectives.

Desired Profile (Qualifications and Experience) :

- Bachelor degree or BE ; MBA preferred. Total experience of min 7 to 12 Years with relevant 4 Years and above of relevant international sales experience to end users / corporate clients

- Should have experience in handling B2B / End User / OEM clients from US/Europe/UK/ME/APAC regions

- Must have done end to end sales cycle management i.e from cold calling, lead generation, client visit + discussion + negotiation, contract closing, regular orders and key account management.

- Consultative Hunter - Consistent track record of revenue generation, Target realization with a successive progression of target and achievement numbers through service selling.

- You are required to be a strong background in executive-level communication, building customer and partner relationships, and territory planning and segmentation. Positions and promotes the partner value proposition, leading account managers in the development and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing relationships

- Should have strong sales experience in the Chemical ( anything related to chemical viz. Paints, Adhesives, Pharmacy etc.) or manufacturing or Automobile or Power or Oil and Gas etc

- Should have traveled to target geographies

- Should be willing to work in shifts depending on Geographies assigned.

- Should be in a capacity of individual contributor and doing end-to-end sales activity.

- Strong communication & presentation skills (written and oral)
