Client : Our Client is an Indian Privately held Company with its operations in Mumbai, India and offices in US, UK and Germany. It specializes in providing custom knowledge processing services & solutions covering Research, Advisory & Analytics, Intellectual Property, Technology & Patents Research, Data & Content Management and Sales & Marketing.

Position : International Sales / Business Development (Level : Manager / Sr Manager / AVP)

Desired Profile (Qualifications and Experience) :

- Bachelor degree or BE ; MBA preferred. Total experience of minimum 7 to 12 Years with relevant 3 - 4+ Years of relevant international sales experience is a MUST.

- Should have strong sales experience in industry domains like Chemical (anything related to chemical viz. Paints, Adhesives, Pharmacy etc.), Manufacturing, Automobile, Aerospace, Power, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Agrochemical etc

- Should have experience in handling B2B clients from US/Europe/UK/ME/APAC regions

- Should be willing to work in shifts depending on Geographies assigned to them.

- Should be in a capacity of individual contributor and doing end-to-end sales activity.

- Should have good working on Inside sales, Lead generation, Cold Calling and Institutional or Services sales.

- Consultative Hunter Consistent track record of revenue generation, Target realization with a successive progression of target and achievement numbers through service selling.

- Should have traveled to target geographies

- Strong communication & presentation skills (written and oral)

Role and Responsibilities:

- You will develop and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximize the company's opportunity within the customer environment.

- Responsible for sales planning and accurate forecasting.

- Determine clients' needs through a consultative selling approach Professional represent Cheers expertise, knowledge and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers through an understanding of and by leveraging cheers capabilities to target industries

- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities

- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospect Manages all aspects of pricing, reporting, invoicing, and contractual/commissions reconciliation

- Creates and maintains internal account planning tools, dashboards and cadence processes; establishes and tracks key system adoption/utilization objectives.
