As a Manager/Sr. Manager, the incumbent is responsible for a team of Analysts/Associates who work on Analytical projects ranging from Customer Experience Management, Risk Management and Growth strategies etc for different divisions of the company.  The incumbent of this position Leverages a combination of quantitative analysis and market research to develop strategic insights and recommendations to optimize existing products or programs and/or develop new products or programs. Prepares and facilitates business proposals. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently. Regularly monitors financial performance of all business decisions so that corrective actions can be taken, if necessary. Manage a team of business analysts/managers who are responsible for developing the quarterly and annual forecasts and reviews.
