Manager/Sr Manager - Analytics - Pharma

Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Responsibility:

- Lead projects that include quantitative/financial analysis like forecasting, valuation, modeling, report execution, work process and quality management, ensure seamless delivery

- Knowledge Management: transfer knowledge to team members

- Product Development Initiate and effectively participate in new product development, existing product enhancement and process improvement

Experience:

- Around 6-8 years of experience in the Pharma background

- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in analytics/forecasting or similar role

- Experience in healthcare industry and familiarity with US and European Pharma markets is an added advantage

Education:

- MTech / BTech from a premier institute

OR

- MPharm / BPharm + MBA

Skills required:

- Strong Medical Knowledge

- Strong quantitative background with ability to analyze quant/qual information to draw logical conclusions

- Proficient in MS Excel / VBA / statistical packages

- Good communication and presentation skills
