As a key member of the Media Solutions team you will be working on helping build and take to market a suite of extremely exciting and innovative advertising solutions for brands, sellers and media agencies.   - You will be part of a new group at Organisation and as one of the first members of the group will help lay the foundation on which the business will be built. Given that this business is starting up you will be expected to pitch in wherever required and you should be prepared to get your hands dirty.   This is a strategic team focused on driving profitability for Organisation and hence is a very high impact and visibility role. If impact and a challenge to set up a new business is what motivates you then this role is for you.   Your Key Responsibilities:  - Achieve the monthly/quarter/annual revenue targets defined  - Own and build relationships with brands and media agencies by positioning the organisation media suite. You will be expected to identify new revenue opportunities in Ad Agencies and Brands accounts, develop sales plans, and execute to close revenue. This will include significant amount of solution conceptualization, pricing strategy and customized collateral development   - Set up clear account management processes to ensure transparency for all partners. These processes would span across all internal and external activities ranging from campaign execution, campaign reporting, invoicing etc.   - You will be expected to work closely with product teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the business  - Participate and contribute actively in building the AOP, quarterly sales planning etc.   - Provide thought leadership in digital marketing and develop exciting and innovative campaigns with partners  - You are expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and data driven to ensure that the customer experience is enhanced   Minimum Skill Set:  - MBA from a Tier-I institute   - Star performer with excellent track record  - 7-10 years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 year is in digital sales  - Can do attitude with a mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done  - Experience in digital media planning / sales with strong connects in media agencies  - Highly customer focused in all approaches.  - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.  - Good understanding of online advertising technologies  - Excellent presentation and data reading  - Ability to think deeply through scenarios & offerings  Benefits:   - Apart from all the general benefits of best in industry compensation, equity, healthcare etc, Organisation prides in calling out the big hand for you to be  - Great Work, Great People and Great environment.
