- The Sponsorship Sales Manager drives overall sponsorship revenue and is responsible for the target achievement on all projects assigned.

- The Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations

Responsibilities:

- The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and executing sponsor acquisition strategies in multiple industry verticals like Pharma, ICT, Engineering, etc.

- To develop strategies to secure relationships with government and business multipliers in the Pharma, ICT, and Engineering space to promote our events and other service offerings.

- The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for business development, research and target achievement for each conference with the objective of repeat business from the companies.

- Setting and maintaining the sales process to maximize sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients and companies

- Building an addressable sponsor database

- Prepare master sponsor sales materials, proposals, contracts, and promotional agreements

- The Sponsorship Sales Manager creates customized sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification.

- Tracking and reporting on sponsorship metrics for each conference and each vertical on a weekly basis

- The Sponsorship Sales Manager attends weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required.

- Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines

- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables for clients, manage sponsor expectations and contract fulfillment.

- Work with the Associate Director to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis

- Liaising with the project / conference manager for conference promotion strategy to boost sales efforts.

- Perform any other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
