- The Design, planning and execution of transition & transformation programs
- Ensuring that standard program management tenets such as managing Cost & Schedule, Risks & Issues and Governance are used in ensuring success
- Owning specific transition programs E2E and ensuring that they are planned & executed on schedule & within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Interacting with key Business Stakeholders, Engineering/Product Leaders, and Executive sponsors
- Deploying a sprint based methodology framework in the planning & execution of transition
- Developing, communicating and implementing processes and practices to meet business needs
- Managing geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams and third-party vendors (for example, software vendors & hardware vendors.)
- Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
