Key Responsibilities :

1. Compensation Analysis :

- Conduct market research to analyze and benchmark the organization's compensation structure against industry standards.

- Evaluate job roles, responsibilities, and market trends to recommend competitive salary ranges.

2. Benefits Administration :

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes to ensure benefits compliance.

3. Job Evaluation :

- Develop and maintain a job classification and evaluation system.

- Participate in job analysis and evaluate positions to determine appropriate salary levels.

4. Salary Structure Design :

- Design and implement salary structures that align with the organization's compensation strategy.

- Ensure internal equity and consistency in pay practices.

5. Compensation Communication :

- Communicate effectively with employees about compensation policies, programs, and changes.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR colleagues on compensation-related matters.

6. Performance Management :

- Collaborate with the HR team to align compensation and benefits with the organization's performance management system.

- Link performance metrics to reward systems.

7. Legal Compliance :

- Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in compensation and benefits practices.

- Conduct audits and reviews to minimize legal risks.
